How to remove the Konjac SMELL?


0.Rince the Konjac with water.













 

1. Cut the Konjac into the shape you want to use. smaller than 1bite size is better. At this time, if you tear it with your hand, the shape of the konjac will become uneven, and the taste will be easy to soak.















2. Rub the Konjac with salt. Rinse the salt well with running water.
 















3.Boil konjac for 3-5 minutes. Drain the Konjac in a colander.

 

Konjac at MISO-DENGAKU(Boiled konjac with Special MISO sauce)

INGREDIENTS
White KONJAC 1Piece
MISO BIG SPOON 2
MIRIN BIG SPOON 4
SUGAR BIG SPOON 4
SESAME or YUZU a little for flavor as you like.

1.Cut the white Konjak to 6pieces.
2.Boil 2-3minutes the Konjac in the pan with boiled water.After boiled , cooldown the Konjac to the colander.
3.Mix miso, mirin and sugar in a bakeware dish, wrap and heat in a microwave. 2 minutes at 500W

4.Remove from the microwave and stir with a spoon. Warm in the range again for about 1 minute without wrapping and mix sesame or Yuzu and stir to finish the Specia MISO sauce.
5.After cool down a bit,Put the stick to the Konjac to decorate to the dish.Enjoi MISO-DENGAKU with Special MISO sauce.

INGREDIENTS Konjac 1piece DRIED SHAVED BONITO a pinch SESAME OIL 1 BIG SPOON COOKING SAKE 1 BIG SPOON DASHI POWDERED 1/2 SMALL SPOON SOY SAUCE 1 BIG SPOON
